From December 5th to the 27th 2009
The La Rochelle Christmas market, which will run from December 5th to 27th, 2009, on the Place Verdun, will host about twenty high-quality exhibitors whose products must be related to the holiday season. This Christmas market will be set up around a “sled trail” activity and have a North Pole theme (decoration of the village).

From November 28th, 2009 to January 3rd, 2010
Today the Poitiers Christmas market has a new type of chalet moving in to the square in front of the town hall (Place d'Arme), as well as on the pedestrian streets of the old town. In addition, about forty mini wooden chalets will take over the city center of Poitiers from November 28th to January 3rd. They will showcase gift items, Christmas decorations, gourmet foods, handicrafts from all over the world, etc. There will also be a merry-go-round for the kids, on the Place Alphonse-Lepetit (in front of the courthouse).

For the 10th annual Christmas market, 120 chalet-style stalls will be set up on the famous Place du Capitole square, in the heart of the city of Toulouse, and will present gift ideas, crafts from all over the world, Christmas ornaments and decorations, food products and gourmet delicacies for your holiday dinner table, a feast for the eyes and taste buds of young and old alike.
Visitors can also admire a traditional Provencal nativity scene, marvel at the fairy tale decorations in the Henri IV courtyard and take a stroll through the streets of Toulouse under the Christmas lights.
Street peddlers offer you balloons, and Santa Claus will also be walking around, handing out candy and barley sugar to children (and adults), and posing for photos.
