When you arrive at the residence, you must present an ID as well as the credit card used to make the reservation.

A security deposit of € 250 is requested upon arrival. It must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made within 7 days of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been noted by the establishment.

The occupancy tax, which is determined by the municipality, is 1.56€ per person per night (from 18 years old)
